A management meeting has been scheduled to discuss a hiring plan. We need to discuss what establishes quality for the employees in a healthcare organization and why those factors are so vital to staff quality. New Beginnings’ has grown to be quite reputable for their outstanding service and employee retention. This is due to their high commitment to being customer and employee focused. Their management team is designed to help others; they provide sufficient supplies, ongoing training programs, teamwork, and goals that coincide with their mission and vision. They also keep their employees well-informed and the employees are encouraged to make suggestions. Some of those suggestions, as well as certain behaviors are rewarded through the rewards program (Myron D. Fottler, 2011). New Beginnings is also known for its diversity, employee empowerment, and motivation. These factors are critical to employee satisfaction because they assist the employees in providing quality care (Fottler2, 2012). The employees demonstrate more care and pride in their work and are not afraid to involve themselves with a patient or family member. The empowerment programs allow the employees to make decisions without the fear of being micromanaged because they know they are trusted.
