In this assignment, you will use data provided from the textbook to create an Excel dashboard identifying readmissions within 30 days. The data dictionary is available here and more detailed instructions are provided in the exercise instructions. Once you have developed the dashboard, you must use Internet research to construct a strategy map to improve this readmission rate. Submit both the Excel file and the strategy map to receive full credit for this assignment.
